What are the difference between Woven Labels and Printed Labels?

Woven Labels

Woven labels are made of colour threads to create the base fabric label; the logo design, texts and contents are woven into the base fabric. The weaving technique does have a certain limit to duplicate the exact artwork image. However, 99% of our customers are happy with the end-result of our weaving technique to create a good quality high-definition woven image.   If you like an exact 100% duplicate artwork image, then you need to consider a printed version, which can easily achieve an exact duplicate artwork image by oil printing on top of the base fabric.

Printed Satin Labels

The lead-time for custom-made printed satin labels is only 3 – 4 days.  You can have your own text and care symbols to be printed on satin fabric. Our extensive range of printed labels includes fabric ribbons of slit-edge coated cotton, slit-edge and woven-edge polyester satin, taffeta, nylon and Tyvek.

Printed Cotton Labels

We provide 100% natural cotton labels.  You can have printed cotton fabric labels made of herringbone, twill, light-weight, heavy-weight, soft cotton and canvas cotton fabric ribbons. We can create full colour personalized cotton fabric labels. They are all screen printed by hand.
